Zhi Xing (Star of Menghai) is a premium one batch per year ripe Puerh tea, first released in 2005 as a high-level ripe tea product. Tea leaves from the high mountains of Menghai region are moderately fermented to produce one of the boldest flavored teas, which yields a bright amber broth with a rich, pure aroma and lingering undertones. This recipe is the proof of Menghai Tea Factory’s skills in the fermentation process and has a high collector's value.
