The "Three Daughters" of Taiwan are the varietals, which are native to the island and made Taiwan tea famous: Jing Xuan (Golden Lily), Tsui Yu (Kingfisher Jade), Siji Chun (Four Seasons Spring).
These trees yield buds at least four times a year, which is where their names come from. “Si Ji Chun” might also be translated as “Four Seasons like spring,” referring to the fact that this bush can produce as much in other seasons as in spring. It is also thought to be the youngest of the Three Daughters, coming into commercial production in the 1980s.
This green oolong tea has an intense floral aroma and delicate fruity taste.
